Our topic this month is about skin care products. With the aesthetic industry in Australia growing each year, there are a plethora of new entrants offering never ending miracle cures with the latest and greatest ingredients.

Take heed, unless there is scientific evidence of the clinical endpoint being achieved, it is more than likely that you will be wasting your money. Even more so if you have to self-diagnose at a retail counter or you select your products based solely on “specials” without advice after a proper skin consultation from a professional practitioner. You do not always get what you pay for.

Whilst we have made our own comparison for your information, here is a great interview with Daniel Dickson from DMK Australia explaining why DMK will NEVER sell products online.

We are committed to delivering results. And every skin is different. As Daniel mentions, the big brands have the marketing spend to woo you into their nets….. but think, how could a mass marketed product be the best solution for every skin? The reality is that it just simply is not!

Keep an eye out for next month’s newsletter. We will be sharing the comparison of the entire skin care experience between professional and over the counter – it is quite interesting.

Especially when talking about a paramedical or cosmeceutical Skin Care company. The key differences are:

Over the counter brands

These are just a few of the key differences between professional and over the counter skin care. Ask any of our skin specialists and I’m sure they can rattle off many more benefits to professional ranges.

If you aren’t happy with the condition of your skin and haven’t tried a paramedical or cosmeceutical range, it is time to take action and book a skin consultation.
