What to Expect
Your treatment begins with a comprehensive consultation, where we discuss the procedure, expected outcomes, what to anticipate during and after treatment, and any questions you may have. The process involves precise application to targeted muscles, requiring no anesthetic as it is generally well tolerated. Results typically start to appear within 3 days to 2 weeks, with effects lasting up to 4 months for a smoother, more refreshed look.
Post Care
If needed Panadol can be taken if you experience mild discomfort, most patients do not require this.
- Do not lay down for 4 hours
- No massaging of the areas, for 24 hours.
- Avoid any type of physical activity for 24 hours.
- Avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours.
- Try to sleep on your back and avoid the side for 24 hours.
- Avoid heat
- No skin treatments in the area including laser etc for 1 week post.
It’s normal to experience mild bruising or asymmetry for up to two weeks as your treatment settles. If you still have concerns after this period, we recommend a reassessment, and additional treatment is available if needed at an extra cost.
You may also notice small bumps or redness, but these typically fade within a few hours. Makeup can be applied after four hours, but be sure to avoid excessive rubbing or massaging the area to ensure optimal results.
