During the past year, there have been quite a few changes at the clinic. The renovation has been completed in both the kitchen and reception areas, making it better for our two most important people in our lives – our clients and our employees. We have also re-arranged some of the rooms so we thought it would be a great opportunity to take you on the Grand Tour.

So come inside as we guide you through the rooms and treatments at Richmond Skin & Laser Clinic.

The updated reception area makes it more comfortable for clients to be checked in and booked out. The staff enjoys the more spacious feel of the relatively small area with separate sides of the reception desk to work from. The big addition this year, apart from the amazing signage, has been the ability for us to provide an in-depth review of the condition of your skin. This ensures our already highly accurate prescriptions even more effective. Our amazing front desk ladies, Amanda and Kristi will warmly welcome you to RS&LC and make sure you are fully prepared for your treatment.

We are also very pleased to announce our step toward carbon neutral with all forms being changed to digital format – a big step for us in making sure our clinic is environmentally friendly.

There are a number of things we do to ensure we minimize our impact on the environment – we will share more of that in the January Blog.

Every piece of equipment in the clinic is the latest technology. Intensive research and considerable investment are made to make sure we deliver the best results for you. All staff is fully trained in the technology and treatments we provide. From time to time we do have staff changes, we just will not accept less than the best, and don’t expect you too either. Our training efforts are an ongoing process to ensure all staff is kept abreast of the latest treatment options, technologies and techniques.
